Service Description
A full initial assessment of your needs will be completed followed by a massage tailored to target muscle tightness and pain, and injury rehabilitation. A treatment plan will support injury management and promote healing. Please allow 80-90 minutes for the initial consultation and treatment.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Any cancellations or rescheduling within these hours will incur an $80 cancellation fee.
FOR MONDAY BOOKINGS: Any cancellations for a Monday appointment must be received by 4.00 pm on the Friday prior. Any cancellations after that time will incur an $80 cancellation fee.
For group fitness classes, no refunds are provided.
